Substantial rehabilitation of this Low Income Housing Tax Credit property in Lacey, WA. 145 residenital units were upgraded. In each 2-bedroom or 3-bedroom unit, we upgraded kitchens and bathrooms, replaced water heaters, provided 'always on' whisper fans and ventilation upgrades, seismic upgrades to meet current earthquake codes, accessibility upgrades (in 9-designated accessible units) as well as full building envelope replacement, deck resurfacing and railing replacement, new lighting, complete overhaul and redesign of the community building and more.
