In-place tenant improvement and renovation of this 42-unit garden-style multi-family housing complex on Whidbey Island. The work included recladding of exterior, new cabinetry, counters, toilets, energy-star range hoods, kitchen sinks, lavatory sinks, kitchen and bath faucets, water-saver shower heads, and new tub surrounds. Critical pathways were brought into compliance with current codes, and resealing and striping of parking areas, and resealing of stairwells. Full renovation of accessible-units to comply with current codes. New window coverings.
